The affected party should notify the other party as soon as reasonably practicable.
The consequences, including any extension of time or termination rights, will be governed by the contract and applicable law.

Each party's liability shall be determined in accordance with the construction agreement and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The company will not be responsible for work independently performed by third parties unless responsibility for that work has been accepted under the relevant agreement.
15. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith discussion.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be addressed through the dispute-resolution mechanism specified in the relevant construction agreement.
All disputes are subject to applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or other competent forums, as applicable.
